An IPA named after our approach to making beer! Don't Hold Back features a hop combination of Mosaic and Citra, so expect plenty of mango, grapefruit and pine notes. It's brewed in our favourite fashion, with saturated fruity flavours and aromas, a soft body and a resinous bitterness that freshens up the palate.

Copenhagen 5/6 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Ale, Frb. F. Siren's usual design with something sharp and purple detonating on a white background.
Pours opaque, hazy orange with amid-sized white head. Settles as a thin layer foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderat lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruits mingling with amore potent citric, dry scent. Pineapple and peach. Grapefruit and lemon. Pine trees.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intensewith a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Decent, citric and bitter Indian Pale Ale. But not going to extremes as indicated by the name of the beer.
