This IPA experiments of a technique known as dip hopping. We’ve loaded additional Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe into an empty tank to make a concentrated ‘hop tea’ that our fermented beer is blended into. Of course, we then dry hop for good measure. The result should make for additional accents and depth of flavour that we can’t wait for you to try.
