A special, limited edition Cali IPA perfect for festive drinking. Enjoy the piney, resinous notes of Simcoe and Chinook hops, reminiscent of a Christmas tree, along with plenty of tropical fruit depth. As always with this style, you'll find it crisp, clean and refreshing with moreish bitterness.

Copenhagen 4/12 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. White and golden can in Siren’s usual design.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - golden yellow - a mid-sized white head. Settles as a thin patch of foam floating in the middle of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a prominent scent of citrus fruits. Peach and a hint of mango. Grapefruit and lemon. A little sharp.!
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
More “Cali” than “Christmas”.
