Copenhagen 5/5 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Green and black can in Sirens usual design.
Pours opaque, unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, flimsy, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, slightly fermented odor of tropical fruits. Sharp citric notes. Ripe peach, mango and and Passion Fruit. Grapefruit. hints of pine tress.
Low carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a tart, bitter undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Run of the mill NEIPA.
