A super smooth milk stout with bold flavours despite its modest abv. Expertly roasted coffee beans from Origin add rich espresso and chocolate notes, combining with speciality malts for depth of flavour. We use a high percentage of oats, which along with the lactose builds a silky, creamy mouthfeel.

Copenhagen 14/7 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Purple can in Siren's usual design with black abstract figures.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small light beige head. Stable. Settles as 0,2 cm thick layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of dark roasted malts and a healthy dose of sweet milk. Caramel and toasted bread. Lactose. Whiff of coffee.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fairly flavorful and not too sweet Milk Stout.
