The Night Market is a style that Siren don't get to brew very often, but when they do, it's one of the highlights of the year. A historic porter, with hearty dark grains meeting bright, fragrant hops. Enjoy aromas of coffee, chocolate and roastiness interwoven with sweet fruits, citrus and resinous character, all vying for attention yet working deliciously together.

Copenhagen 15/7 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Dark purple can in Siren's usual design with what looks like city scape by night.

Pours opaque dark brown with a big lightly beige head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.

Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of dark malts and a strong roasted scent. Toffee and caramel. Brown sugar. Roasted coffee beans.

Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, smooth, soft, almost flat texture.

Flavor is rather intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.

Nice roasted Porter.
