Our first collaboration with the legends at Rooster's takes inspiration from our mutual friends in California, as we're teaming up on a West Coast Pils. Although a modern style, it fits nicely with what we love about Rooster's hop forward, drinkable balanced beers. It's crisp, clean and snappy, with resinous hop character and fruit filled aromas.

Copenhagen 11/6 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Red and orange can in Siren’s usual design. Pours unclear - almost hazy - pale yellow with a big frothy white head. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet odor of Stone fruit and citrus fruit. More subtle tart citric notes. Peach and ripe orange. Citrus and lime.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong tart bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter. A tad watery. Lingers shortly. Finish is thin.
Refreshing if somewhat generic.
