Our smoked porter is inspired by late evenings spent outside with family and friends, sat under the stars with the crackle of a campfire. It's both a robust beer and a comforting one, featuring oak-smoked wheat, beech-smoked barley and rich dark malts building depth of flavour.

Copenhagen 16/3 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Siren's usual can design with close up of a pool of molten lava in orange, red and purple.
Pours opaque, dark brown with a mid-sized, frothy, off-white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty, slightly roasted odor mingling with of smoked, salty scent. Dark roasted malts, toffee and a bit of brown sugar, Salty salami with a touch of smoked beech.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Salty streak. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Porter with a light touch of smoke.
