Copenhagen 24/3 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Siren's usual can design with s blue and white snowstorm as motif.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - orange amber with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles thin, powdery layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruits mingling with a sharp scent of citrus fruit. Pineapple and apricot. Grapefruit, lemon and citrus. Dry vibe.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lin gers for a while. Finish is dry.
Fine bitter specimen. A bit on the flat side.
