Pours dense black, with a thin layer of foam. Aroma is roasted malt, bourbon and wood. Taste is immediately one of layered wood flavors, with chocolate, roasted malt and bourbon. The bourbon is the lightest of the profiles, with wood being dominant. Mouthfeel is thick and chewy.

Make no mistake about it, you can't. Even though it's delicious, you cannot. Even if you really, really want to you cannot. Even though its complexity, charm and elegance suggests you should, you still can't. And even if they name it that, you simply can't drink this beer all night long.

Pouring a deep garnet, bleached black, Siren Craft Brew's All Night Long struggles with any meaningful froth but delivers an aromatic punch with the robust perfume of dark dried fruit, fresh brewed coffee, cocoa, campfire and caramelized sweetness. And its that toffee, maple and caramel sweetness that carries onto a chocolaty early palate. A rise of dark fruit allows the middle palate to shine with the vinous taste of stone fruit and sherry. With hints of vanilla, coconut and woodsy warmth, the imperial stout finishes with a smoky plum character and extended whisky warmth.

Seemingly as much barleywine as stout, the beer concluded with a long and peppery coffee aftertaste with a lot of barrel influence for balance and intrigue.
