330mL can from local supermarket. BBE 07/04/2026.
Look: Coffee brown with a dense beige short-lived head.
Scent: Coffee grounds, dark chocolate, dark malt.
Taste: Like a light coffee, with a slight acidity and sweetness. The occasional beery note.
Feel: Light, smooth and creamy. No bubbles or fizz to speak of.
Finish: Lightly bitter creamy coffee.
Overall: A mild, inoffensive stout. I can't compare it to the stroger original (Broken Dream) as I haven't tried it, but on its own, this is an okay, but not superb beer.
