Christmas time, mistletoe and wine? Nope... hazy pale ales! The latest in our “Suspended in…” series is definitely one to get you in the spirit of the season. For this brew we used “Chit” malt, which is an under modified malt, designed by Germans to work around the “Reinheitsgebot”. It’s joined by a hop line-up consisting of Mandarina, Hallertau Blanc & Amarillo. Expect orange and mandarin citrus flavours and light tropical notes that will have you puckering up over and over again.

Copenhagen 27/11 2025. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Blue and black can in Siren's usual design with what could resemble a close up og the head of the Statue of Liberty in snowy winter.
Pours unclear - almost opaque - golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as a thin, but unbroken layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a mild sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a stronger zesty scent of citrus fruit. Sweet peach and apricot. Grapefruit and lemon. A bit sharp and acerbic.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit Finish is a semi-dry and a bit thin,
A fine and sessional suspension.
