Served on tap in a Pilsener glass.
A - Yellow, slightly dark. Decent head formed which dissipated slowly, leaving just a bit of lacing behind. Fair amount of carbo visible.
S - Bready malts, LOTS of quality lager dankness. Bit of noble hop bitterness, slightly earthy and musty.
T - Yum. Excellent lager. Strong malt backbone, bitter dankness and a good helping of noble hops. Earthy, bitter. Lots of dankness in the aftertaste.
F - incredibly refreshing and crisp, but not too light feeling. Such a drinkable beer.
O - Great lager. Tasty yet crisp and clean. Plattsburgh Brewing Co makes some great beers, and this is one of their best.
