Brewed with the help of Heinen's Beer Specialists, this beer honors the traditions of natural fermentation with local ingredients. This Belgian-styled ale is bittered with locally foraged dandelion and flavored with rose hip and grains of paradise for a fresh summer style beer with a spicy and herbaceous flavor.
Served from the growler into a nonic glass
A- Poured a dark semi-hazy orange color with off-white soapy head that left splashy lace.
S- Big bubblegum and orange citrus notes. Some clove.
T- Big juicy orange juicy notes and bubblegum notes, some chalky yeast, clove, and mineral notes.
M- Medium body, soft carbonation, dry, and refreshing.
O- A very nice saison, highly drinkable and refreshing with lots of juicy citrus and yeast character.
