As described via flyer from 2013 Craft Beer Expo at Canterbury Village: This IPA has a balance of malts, grassy & citrusy hops with a dry, crisp finish.
Was told this was a one off collaboration brew, hope they change their mind and make more down the road. This golden colored beer had a fantastic citrus aroma that really setup the fresh hoppy taste. Nice fruit flavors up front to a well balanced finish, the use of Simcoe hops (I believe) finished this beer very nicely, not to bitter with a clean finish.
