12 oz can dated 2020-09-10 (just found this hiding in the back of the fridge, oops...), poured into a pint glass. Pours a cloudy mahogany color with a dark-red tint to it when held up to the light. Minimal head formation and retention, might have let this one sit around too long... Smell has that trademark rye spice along with some toasted malt and yeast. Taste is a little fruitier (cherries, mostly) than I would have guessed based on the smell and style. The clove phenols come through more too. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a good amount of carbonation. Has that spicy rye twang in the aftertaste. I'll have to be on the lookout for this again, so I can give a proper review of a very fresh batch.
