12 oz. can poured into tall tulip
(6/22/20 born-on date printed on bottom of can)
L: pale yellow, cloudy, at least 50% opaque, topped by short 1/3-inch tall head of white foam; keeps a tidy thin collar of white foam; no sticking/lacing
S: muted fresh peach, not overly sweet, perhaps a bit of lime/lime peel to tame the sweetness
T: less peach and more sourness in the flavor, a bit gose-like with a hint of salt, lime and lemon and very dry without being bitter; salt aftertaste is very much like a gose
F: light, airy, crisp ... nothing fancy and exactly what you'd expect for the style
O: I was afraid of the regular version of this peach beer figuring the peach would taste artificial or just off; I'd say good call because this one is much more a clean kettle sour than peach beer, very tart and mouth-watering with a very nice peach aroma; the peach struggles to show through in the flavor but it is there and it adds a nice note to the main show of tartness
