Insane Hops. Seven hop additions (mash hops, three kettle additions, two fermentor dry hop additions and one in the bright tank) including Chinook, Simcoe and Citra. Gold Medal winner for Imperial IPA at GABF 2016.

7/3/21...pours deep gold color with 1/3 inch fluffy white foam. Fresh cut grass, meadow aromas. Slight resin start into a smooth malt. Chewy toffee bitter. Clean crisp finish. Solid.

Poured from a half growler filled this afternoon. Smell and flavor expand exponentially about an hour out of the fridge. Nose is sweet bitter tropical fruit, mango, papaya, melon rind. Taste is heavy dose of the same. Perfect balance of sweet and raspy bitter goodness. Wonderful beer and has kept me from breaking my bank account trading across country.
