Description from UberBrew ""Japanese" Saison, with yuzu, kabosu, ginger, green tea, shitake mushroom, kelp, roasted seaweed, toasted sesame, sansho pepper, and jasmine rice."
Pours a milky gold with frothy head which quickly melts away leaving little to no lacing. High carbonation, herbaceous bouquet of surprisingly "japanese scents" wafts from the glass. Ginger, Citrus, Toasted Grain flavors forward in this Saison. Astringent, medium bodied feel. A surprisingly solid Saison with very much going for it. Uberbrew currently has this on draft in Billings, Mt as of August 2017. No plans to bottle this gem as of now, so if you are in the area, go and get a pint while it's available, you won't be disappointed.
