On tap at the new Acoustic Ales tasting room. Thoroughly surprised by this pilsner. The abv is actually 4.5% not 3.5% now. I love the passion fruity flavor throughout the beer and the nice hoppy backbone. It has a bit of a dry, tart finish but love the flavor going on here. You don't find any pilsners "dry hopped" with passion fruit! Great beer for hot days!

On tap at Fifty Seven Degrees. The lightest body but plenty of flavor. Pale amber in the pint shaker. Modest foam. A nice mouthful of suds and a hoppy bite.
I didn't get any hint of passion fruit. The flavor is more like a touch of canned tomatoes. The hops, however, are bold and resiny. It's quite bitter for the feather weight of this endeavor. Still, it's quite gulpable, and it weighs in half a percent below the Utah supermarket ABV, so give it a gold star for robust beeriness in really low alcohol brew.
