Brut Force is clean, crisp, dry and fruity with virtually zero bitterness. One of our brewers described this beer best, “it drinks like ice water in the desert”. You won’t need to raise your pinky to sip on this one, but we wouldn’t fault you if you did. Cheers!

I confess this is only my second Brut IPA. After having Fall River's rendition, I view this style as a refreshing alternative to my bias against the AIPA.
Looks inviting with a billowy head leaving lots of lace. Smells were tropical fruit, like a pineapple. I am pleasantly surprised by the Taste, seemingly very little bitterness hops out at me. Refreshing. Dry.
My first from Fall River, I went on their website and see they like IPAs and so do their customers. I also read that a couple started this very local and somewhat remote brewery and this is their passion. So be it. But I also have heard this story before.

A: The beer is clear light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that left lots of thick lacing on the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of pineapples are present in the nose along with hints of pine.
T: The taste has flavors of pineapple along with hints of pine and a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and quick dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really enjoyed the dry mouthfeel of this beer.

Hazy copper with lots of carbonation and 3 fingers of white head.
Smells of pineapple, lemon zest, aromatic perfume, and a sort of cold limestone quality.
Tastes slightly sweet with pineapple, a gravel, stone like quality, caramel and aromatics.
Medium, slightly syrupy body with low to moderate carbonation.
I am drinking this in Redding, March 2nd, 2019.

Pours a very pale yellow with a thin white head.
Smell has faint fruit notes and a sharp white wine.
Taste is lightly funky and lightly fruity. Slightly tart and mild wine like astringent.
Very crisp, thin but not too watery.
Not sure how I feel about this one. It's nice, it's crisp, it's got a saison-y funk and some light fruitiness. I don't know but I kinda think I like this direction for the style.
