Poured a cloudy, hazy amber into snifter at Carson’s 2 year anniversary party. Little lace.
Aroma: Pumpkin puree and spice. Not bad.
Taste: Plenty of pumpkin here, with the obligatory spices, notably allspice, maybe cinnamon. A hint of bitterness at the finish here. I enjoyed that the flavor stayed true to the pumpkin, rather than being over-spiced as so many other pumpkin ales are. Enjoyable.

I am not usually a pumpkin beer fan, but this was one of the best I have ever had. It was full bodied and flavorful, yet still easily drinkable. No boozy bite on the back end or anything, which seems to come up with this style sometimes.
