Bought a couple of 4-packs of this as it's a benefit for the local no-kill dog shelter, It Takes A Village. Great cause, superb brewery. Can't lose, right?
Appearance: Clean golden amber, with little to no lace.
Aroma: Full-on tropical fruit here, with notes of citrus, mango, pineapple, and papaya. Unique.
Taste: Malty and with plenty of fruit here, alongside an underlying bready malt backbone. Light and easy-drinking, and probably a solid “go-to” beer on a warm Summer day. Flavor is distinctly tropical without being too artificial or cloying.
