The “Weekend Warrior”, the “Tin Tank” the “Camp Classic”- most canoeists experienced their first paddle in an aluminum canoe. They are perfect for the beginner - rugged, stable and not to mention glaringly bright! Kanu Session Pale Ale pays homage to that nostalgic entry point into paddling life. Brilliant hop expression with a structural malt “hull”, this Session Pale is designed to accompany your journey. Grab a 12’er and climb aboard our craft!

It is a good sessionable beer but flavor is not entirely to my liking. I think it is just too much caramel malt is the cause and that never tastes right to me. Enjoyable but I would look elsewhere for hoppy session beer.

12oz can. Stamped on bottom can lip is '166-21'.
Partly cloudy, pale gold colored body. One thick finger of white head. Interrupted lacing on the drinking side.
Aroma of a solid malt base and a floral hop essence.
Taste of a solid sweeter malt base and a hop mix of floral, citrus, and slight pine. Mix of dry and very slight bitter into the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Slight chalk. Very good carbonation.
Created for a session pale ale in all types of active activities. I see this more for outdoors than for indoors sessions.

12oz can for a buck
Very beautiful beer - hazy and with a nice cap of white foam. Smell is strong, and so is the flavor - papaya, pine, pineapple.
Phat flavor, shakabrah

Kanu pours a bronze color, with a big, lacing head. Big floral, hoppy aroma. Flavor is pretty sweet, with a nice floral flavor, and then a sweet finish. Good body and feel. Overall, nice flavors, big flavors, pretty sweet though.

Pours a fairly clear straw yellow with a huge white head that recedes slowly and leaves generous lacing. Aroma is citrus fruits. Flavor is citrusy with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Feel is watery and under carbonated. Overall I was hoping for more, but it's okay for a "session" pale ale.

Pours a clear golden color. Smell had citrus notes with malt. Taste was light with a nice citrus hop finish. Full flavored with a light body session APA.
