What do you get when you combine the minds of Spike the Brewmaster/Owner of Terrapin Beer Co. And Matt our Brewmaster/former Terrapin Brewer? You get a uniquely stylized black IPA with massive flavor with a touch of home grown Louisiana. Copious amounts of local blood oranges from Little River Citrus were zest end and added late in the boil while bold hop additions were used in each phase of the brewing process. The result a roasty, citrusy, and tropical black IPA with a touch of malt sweetness lending a smooth body to support the massive malt / hop body.
