Poured into a pint glass at the Red, White and Brew, Hammond, LA.
A: A hazy orange/gold with an eggshell white one finger head that had some staying power. Decent lacing.
S: Lots of citrus and Belgian yeast. Floral.
T: A terrific blending of sweet Belgian yeast with a floral fruitiness. Picking up peaches and apricots. Very smooth and utterly drinkable.
M: Low to medium with medium, dry carbonation.
O: A great take on a tripel. More collaborations, please.
