Easy drinking Amber--more of a transitional Amber than anything, but one that is perfect for the market in Southern Louisiana.

Pours a murky blood red color, beige head, small, no lace, overall I nice color for the style. The ado a was caramel, sweet bread, mild chocolate, hints of grassy hops. Taste had a little bitterness to it, balancing out the sweet caramel malts quite well. Nice body, creamy texture, quite smooth and easy drinking. Medium body gave it a nice feel.
