Called a "Saison Rouge" by the brewery. Had a very sharp spice, like Rye, but was told there's no rye in the malt bill. Not too bad, but different than a "typical" Saison.

12oz pour on tap at the brewery
A – Dark plum and purple in color, thin, bright white head. Lacing is spotty and thin.
S – Initial notes of cherries, plums, and berries. Yeasty and peppery notes come through as well.
T – Nice and yeasty and floral. The cherry and fruit notes come through as well on the finish, surprisingly good.
M – Light and crisp, a bit rich and lingering finish though.
O – A quite unique approach to the style, it is still a saison at its core but it definitely brings some strong cherry and fruit notes to the table.
