Poured from 12oz can into a mug. Canned 7/8/21, this is billed as an "organic pale lager".
Appearance: medium golden hue with a crystal-clear body and a thin finger of frothy eggshell foam. The head is a bit thin and doesn't last very long, but the color and clarity are outstanding.
Smell: there is a nice and malty, and very slightly grainy, aroma, but the volume is turned way down. This needs something to kick up the aroma.
Taste: a very nice malt flavor with a clear lager character and just a dash of bitterness toward the end. This is quite good! If only the aroma were as satisfying!
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a good carbonation and a decent creaminess.
Overall: this is exceedingly drinkable, and a tasty example of the style. I wish there were more aroma!
