Clear pale golden brew with piles of foam in the Tuborg Pilsner glass. Appealing aroma of corn grits with a hint of green melon. Very light body with plenty of sptritz. Just slightly sweet like a watery Helles but enlivened by a leafy hint of hops. The flavor is on the fruity side with that touch of honeydew to go with the club soda background. A little resiny bitterness floats through in the finish. Overall this is a delicious Lager and one of the best products from Aslan I can remember. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station.
