Pours a cloudy, maize color. 1/4 inch head of an off-white color. Slight retention and slight lacing. Smells of bacteria, tartness, sweet malt, slight pale malt, slight floral notes, and a hint of alcohol. Fits the style of a Saison / Farmhouse Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. There is also a very strong tartness. Tastes of bacterial funk, yeast, sweet malt, slight pale malt, slight floral, and a hint of alcohol. Overall, weak appearance, good aroma, body, and blend.

L - Pours a golden body, opaque, with a one finger eggshell head. The head dissipates quickly and doesn't leave much lacing.
S - Big burst of lemon tartness and some brett funk. I'm not getting much else.
T - Whoa... This is packing a sour punch. It follows the nose closely. Lots of lemon (or green apple?) sour with some funk. And, just like the smell, not much else to follow that up.
F - Thin body and carbonation. It has a wet finish.
O - This beer has a great start to it, but there's just nothing to back up the sourness.
