Fantastic example of a traditional Grisette! Had a friend who is a saison freak try it and was very impressed. Light in body and very effervescent just like it should be.

Poured into a pint glass, hazy pale yellow with a fluffy white head that did not dissipate much at all and nice lacing. Lots of belgian yeast in the aroma. Muted flavor which I guess you expect from 3.5 ABV. It is tasty, clean and smooth. Light on tongue with decent carbonation. Overall this is a tasty session belgian.
