From the bottle, it pours a hazy light amber with a nice white head that slowly diminishes as you watch. In the nose, it is bready with some coconut. In the mouth, it is malty and coconutty with a touch of sour. Nice!

On tap at Capital Ale House - Harrisonburg in Harrisonburg, VA.
This one pours a light amber color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like bready malt, lightly sweet coconut, pineapple, lemon rind, and wheat.
This is surprisingly malty and dark for the style. I’d want a bit more of both pineapple and coconut, as they are not very prominent. The coconut does step out a bit more as the beer warms up. It’s mildly sour and very lemony.
This is light bodied, and crisp and fairly drinkable
This feels a touch messy and underdone.

Very interesting taste. Sour on the front end and colada on the back end. Smooth finish. Mix with a pineapple soda or sparkling beverage for a radler style finish.
