Golden color with lots of head with good retention and leaving laces.
Aroma of mint and hops, and a delicious sourness (could not imagine I would say that one day), a promise that will be refreshing.
Mouth is more complex than its nose but not as much some saisons usually are. Besides the light touch of mint, malt sweetness with saison yeasts. Hints (and later strong) of Breta giving a bit of acidity.
Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness, and a mild acid sensation.
As it warms up it becomes more and more of a sour beer. Sensational effect.
Light to medium body with good carbonation.
The mint gave just a nice touch (they used only 15 grams for 100 liters). Light saison that radically changes to another animal. Loved the mutation and its funkiness. Congrats Andre.
