Golden copper color with lots of head with good retention and leaving strong laces. Hazy at last pour.
Nice aroma of Belgian yeast, pine hops, mint, pineapples and a mild Bretta indicative.
You can feel sweetness of its pale malt with a Bretta like funkiness. Lots of pineapple notes, Belgian yeast, and grassy and piney hops. Hints of mint and apples. Dry, mildly acid and bitter aftertaste.
Medium body with good carbonation.
Interesting saison, hoppy at 60 IBUs, refreshing and mildly funky. The type that grows on you.
