Pours a hazy light amber color with a one-finger large head.
Smell is quite subtle, with various notes of sweet fruitiness (including but not limited to pineapple).
This is very drinkable, in large part due to its sweetness. The sweetness does feel a little bit artificial at times, but never enough so to make it enjoyable. This is also drinks very easily with nice carbonation and light body.
The taste that this reminded me of the most was a slightly bitter and liquid version of the pear icecream I used to eat as a child.

Poured from a 12oz can.
Nice orange body with average head but some nice lacing. Definite pineapple aroma but flavor is less so. The feel is a bit reminiscent of pineapple, a decent ale overall.

Undated 12 oz can served in a snifter.
Pours with a lovely clear orange-amber body that's topped by a semi-durable bone-colored head. Limited lacing.
The fruty flavor and aroma carry a clear element of pineapple. This is more cooked and canned than fresh, especially in the aroma. Toasted wheat and pineapple linger on in the aftertaste. Quite sweet up front but this soon fades as bitter lelements kick in.
Near medium carbonation in a medium body.

I went to Shebeen and got a traditional flight, looking at the selection they had at the time I was really excited to try this. It was the 4th beer in the sample,
looks- it was pale and slightly hazy looking. It once had some head to it, but vanished soon after drinking the first sample.
Smell- it seemed to have a fruity scent to it. Almost medicinal with floral undertones.
Taste- this one was really unexpected and almost upsetting... I took a sip and let it linger in my mouth and it was almost a bite of medicine. As if cough syrup was beer. It tasted like a citrusy-hoppy infusion with some sort of tang to it. The after taste reminded me of Flintstones Vitamins and the plaque pills you would get from your dentist. All in all- I couldn't have been more disappointed with the taste.
Feel- It was a crisp texture that was light on the mouth, but almost hard to swallow.
Overall- This beer was a big disappointment- as it reminded me of terrible childhood tastes, being a fan of pineapple, I was not a fan of the Pineapple Wheat. I think I'll just stick to straight up juice.

Ok, wish it was lighter.
