Poured from a growler. Light gold color with a thick white head, which dissipates quickly.
Smell is rather nondescript. Little bit of sweetness.
Teste is pretty colorful, nice caramel touch. Not much hop flavor, although the bitterness is right on. Interesting estery characteristics.
Mouthfeel is balanced, with low carbonation. Dry character.
Good beer...as I said, colorful flavor, not easy to pigeonhole, but very tasty.

There are certain expectations one gets when reading "West Coast IPA". This beer does not strike me as a West Coast IPA. Still, a tasty brew. Bit low on the carbonation and traditional west coast hop aromas. Almost has a farmhouse/biere de gard mustiness to it that I can't identify...yeast or dank hops?
Give it a shot, my biggest complaint is the low carbonation.

Pours bright copper colored with tall white head.
Aroma is mildly hoppy, some malt.
Taste is soft malt and mild hops. Not too much of either. Some drying bitterness in the fade. Makes for a tasty, clean and highly drinkable beer.
Mouthfeel is soft and smooth, with a dry snap at the end.
A solid beer.
