A: Pours a lightly hazy reddish amber in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and some moderate pinkish highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense foamy. creamy pale pinkish white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of half finger thick film covering the entire surface of the beer with a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Light to moderate aromas of pale + toasted wheat malts, tart cherries, and spicy yeast.
T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of pale + toasted wheat malts with minimal amounts of sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of spicy yeast and light to moderate flavors of tart cherry.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light amounts of acidic prickliness towards the finish.
O: Enjoyable but not great, I had higher hopes for deeper cherry flavors and a little more tartness/sourness - slightly maltier than I expected and not sure I like the slightly spicy yeast with the other flavors. The cherry flavor is almost slightly medicinal.

Pours a ruddy pink with a foamy white head that fades quickly and leaves no lacing. Smells of Belgian yeast and slightly of cherries. The taste is spicy and not as tart as I imagined. There is more cherry in the aftertaste but is seems a bit like a cough drop cherry. It is a good beer but not one I would seek again.
