32 oz Crowler can was poured into a snifter.
Appearance: A one finger white head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is a slightly hazy golden yellow with good clarity and vision of tiny bubbles coming up through the glass. Frothy lacing down the glass as the beer was drank.
Smell: Lightly herbal, spicy, floral, vanilla, apple, pilsner malts, pale malts, and yeasty. I picked a lot of toasted and biscuity aroma.
Taste: Much better. Toastiness has cooled down a bit, but that malt stands out amongst everything else. Chewy notes and bitterness in the rear too.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied, crisp, refreshing, medium carbonation, light bitterness, and a little chewy.
Overall: A good take on the style. With a little tweaking, this beers flavor profile could be better.
