This beer is made with 100% New York grown ingredients! Barley from Omara Farm in Canastota, basswood honey from Morse Mills in Moravia and hops grown by Clair Haus in Lansing. This ale is light in color with a mellow honey flavor.

Didn't get a ton of honey flavor in this one, but that's honestly fine with me as it's not my favorite fermentable. Could use a little more balance on the hop-front, but overall, a solid effort

Reviewing from notes
A-pours yellow with a white fizzy head with average retention
S-Not much going on, a bit of a wheaty malt aroma, no hop aroma
T-Quite bland with some honey coming through in the finish. Even as the beer warms not much came through
M-A bit strange, it felt watery and chewy all at the same time
O-I think the honey hurt more than it helped with this brew. I guess a very inoffensive brew if thats what you are looking for
