Golden color, good fizz, low head retention. Smell is mineral with a tiny bit of fruit. Taste is subtle, not overly sour, refreshing and crisp. Plum is again very subtle but just enough to compliment the acidity. Delightful.

really nice plum notes. extremely fruity. like fresh peeled plum. had side by side with a Casey plum. they were fairly close but I would give it to the deGarde by a hair.

One of the worst Bus I've had. Plum flavor is not really there nor is it that sour.

A: Looks like grapefruit juice, but maybe even pinker. Like a mixture of Pepto Bismol and water. I've never seen a beer like this. Head doesn't stick around long enough to mention.
S: First, hit with that tartness. A few more sniffs and you get light plum and a hint of sweetness. Very nice. I love that plum aroma.
T: Tart lemon. Very light plum. Even lighter grape, apple, and grapefruit. Not too complex, but nice.
M:Medium. Leaves that cloying sourness of your spit. Lingering almost minty/menthol coolness.
O: Plum is not a very strong-tasting fruit, so it's not a surprise the plum flavor is light. That being said, if you were to be blindfolded, you might not guess this is a plum berliner. This is a great beer anyway.
