Pour is a transparent orangish pink with a tight white head that dissipates quickly. Nose is lighter, cherry, very light phenol, oaky notes, faint dusty brett. Flavor follows suit, a bit light but still a nice clean cherry flavor, oak is lighter than nose, gentle sour finish, touch of brett. Very light body, well carbonated, soft airy feel.

look: 4.5 | smell: 4 | taste: 4.5 | feel: 4.25 | overall: 4.25
Served from a 750ml bottle into an Allagash Coolship tumbler.
Appearance is a beautiful pink/red with no head or lacing. Aroma is pure cherry and mildly lemon acidity, maybe some mild oak characteristics, but fruit is predominant. Flavor is cherry, lemon, some other dark stone fruits and berries, light tobacco, and very mild oak. There is no real off flavors here, which can sometimes occur in these types of fruited barrel aged sours. Feel is very light with medium tartness and very easy to drink.
Overall this is a very nice fruited berliner. I'm glad to have tried it!
