The nose is familiar and comforting. I smell bright citrus and guava. Mouth feel is fluffy with big bubbles.
The only thing I dislike is the bitter after tast of the zest. I'm not sure if this is intentional or not. It really hits the sides of the tongue. Another review said it effect the drinkability of the beer and I would have to agree. It reminds me if an Oregon Pinot noir in this way.
Smooth on upfront and bites in the back. Its the mullet of beer.

A bit on the crushed aspirin side of funkiness that made it bitter and not as drinkable as it could have been. Very rustic all around and a good compliment to a meal

Fun take on the gose style, I am here for the wild gose revolution! Murky bright yellow pour with a white head and pretty lacing. Oak backed funk, big citrus, slight musk, and peach skins in the nose. Taste takes the flavors from the nose and adds flowers, light wheat, and more definition to the citrus hops, exploding grapefruit, lemon, orange, even a hint of mango comes through. Feel is lightly sour but more so funky, hopped, yet finishes dry with a nod to the underlying traditional gose wheatiness. Truly an elevated gose

Served in nonic at Garden Path Fermentarium. Poured a hazy yellow color with 3/4 inch of white head that had moderate retention and lace.
The aroma was solid grain, citrusy hops, and nice funk.
Very similar on the tongue, with the tartness and funk overtaking the fruitiness.
The body was light medium, and had an exceedingly dry finish.
Drinkability was awesome, I could easily drink a bunch more of these. Overall, and excellent beer. Must try if you see it.
