A wild brown ale aged in a variety of oak barrels for up to three years. Complex notes of cacao, dried plum and cherry, espresso, semi-sweet chocolate and oak meld with a moderate acidity, brisk carbonation, and and a bright finish.

Dark brown, toffee body with a thick, soapy, tan head. Scents of leather, oak, cherry, funk, basement, a hint of acetone. Sweet and sour. So much going on. Medium acetic character. Additional notes of plum and jam. Complex and intriguing.
