On tap. White head. Yellow color.
Lighter bodied and flavored, but still sour. Lemon and lime flavors. Classic gose flavors. Salt. Acidic.
Fairly easy drink. Sour and tart. Nothing crazy.

On tap at the brewery.
A mildly hazy yellow with a thin white head that leaves no lacing. The nose is a blend of coriander, wheat, a surprising amount of stone fruit, a hint of sulfur, this is refreshing. The outside opens ruth a little salt, some coriander and a grainy, wheat like base. The mid palate is quite fruity, with peach and apricot present. Drying, tart, lemony on the finish with a little lactic acid present. Very good, though the fruitiness is surprising for the style.
