Received in a trade, shared with JLindros.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice hazy dark golden hue with a fat two finger head that fades to leave dense lacing and creamy blanket.
S - Aromas of nice citrus hops, light tartness, nice almost stone fruit like aroma in the forefront. Rather yeasty finish.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, huge tart fruity notes, great acidity. Very nice fruity elements, citrus, light tropical notes. The salinity is almost non-existent. Still, rather flavorful.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp, little flemmy.
O - Overall this was a very solid gose. Really nice hop contribution and house yeast. Nicely done!

Huge fluffy head 2.5 finger, nice fluffy lacing, hazy almost murky darker orange color
Nose loads with peach, fresh peach and stone fruit, little fluffy creamy wheat, grassy floral hop, little citrus, juicy fruit
Taste fairly tart, big stone fruit, juicy sour peach, apricot juice, little flemmy tart acidic but sour unripe peach acidity, little oak barrel notes, into grassy floral hops, little lemony, no coriander or salt though, flemmy finish
Mouth is med bod very tart acidity, fluffy carb
Overall an interesting tasty beer but hard to call a gose, still nice beer
