Clear cider gold. Nose is creamy oak and bright sparkling peach with a hint of funk. Taste is very dry and tart with oaky tannins and the essence of a perfect fuzzy summer peach. Barely there, clean, sweet tart finish.

Medium orange body. Peach skin, acetone and moderate vinegar, oak, drier than I’d like. Bottom half of the bottle has bigger stone fruit sweetness, which goes a long way. Lighter medium body, good carbonation. Almost want to shake the bottle beforehand

Burnt orange to amber, lightly hazy, with a moderate fuzzy off-white head settling to a creamy blanket.
The nose is insanely bright of peach candy, seeming so bright it's as if sugary sweet.
Taste continues this theme without any actual overwhelming sweetness, but still seeming so herbally bright it's almost tropical, like pineapple. A fine, faint white oak in the background actually helps prop this up, but at the same time feels far behind the insanely bright and herbal peach.
The medium firmly frothy body has a chewy semi-dry finish.
As I've said here many times now, de Garde's stone fruit game is in another universe. It's just absurd how much better they are at this than literally everyone else on the planet.

This one pours a light orange-ish color, with a small head, and a bit of lacing.
This smells like funky and just lightly sour peach, with vanilla, white wine, lemon, light oak, and citrus.
This is absolutely one of the better peach sours I've ever had. It's a perfect blend of acidity and sweetness. There's a soft peach juiciness, and a tart white wine like character, along with funky lemons, oak and bitttersweet vanilla spice, and some citrusy funk as well.
This is light bodied and pretty clean, with a really nice drinkability to it.
This is really good example of both of these breweries' skills and house culture.

Bottle pour at de Garde. Hazy golden pour with small cap of white head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, vanilla. Taste brings a bit of pucker, more peachy notes.
