Bright pomegranate juice color. Nose is funky forest floor with crushed fallen cherries. Taste is bright, acidic cherries, lush wet oak, and some floral notes. Finishes barely sweet, mostly tart, vinous cherry juice. Wonderful.

Glowing Swedish Fish red with a short but densely level pastel pink head.

Dank resinous dG funk contrasts with classic cherry juice and pie marzipan to create a freshly new and aggressive take on the classic kriek formula. The blossom seems to add an herbal note, as opposed to foral, that's sort of minty, moreso like Altoids than the actual plant.

The frothy medium body finishes paper dry.

6/20 corked bottle poured in snifter style beer glass
L: pours a fluffy 2 finger disappearing head, that leads to a ruby clear red beer
S: tart cherries , really smells like fresh fruit and not beer
T: luscious bright cherry tartness, has a little sweetness and just the right of mouth puckering sourness
M : medium carb full and rich with a nice dry finish.

The beer was a amazing special treat so well done and amazing way to highlight the cherries used to age this beer,

750ml cork and capped bottle, bottled 6/2018 or whereabouts. Snifter glass.

Medium darker reddish body, slight cloudy pink hue, one finger frothy white head, fairly effervescent, good retention and lacing. Smells and tastes of an acetic cherry pie- sweet cherry flesh with tart cherry skin, moderate acetic acidity, refreshing lemon zest and a bit of tannic oak, dab of leathery funk. I had to look a bit for the floral aspect of it, but it's definitely noticeable as it warms. It's really more of a spicy floral character, actually, which is a bit buried under the big cherry presence and of course the acidity of the base wild ale.

Medium bodied, good complexity and carbonation. Slightly floral character on the finish, accentuated by cherry skins.
