Pours out like orange juice. Draft at 6th anniversary event. Heavy peach aroma, stone fruit. A bit of mild tartness in the taste, fruity, hint of vanilla.

Opaque peach-orange with a loud white foam that's tall right up front but fizzles out quickly to nothing, sounding like pop rocks.
This has a surprisingly woody, oaky, splintery and even dusty funk, without really any of the rye whiskey booze or spice character you'd expect, which frankly is a pleasant surprise. At the same time, this is quite tart--no shock there--featuring plenty of the wonderfully fresh, sweet peachy nectarine flavor that dG is so god damn good at preserving in their oak aged sours. Smell is abundant of herbal, floral and expressively wowing nectarine to the point it's candy to the nose, with light accents of hay and barnyard contrasting with the juicy sweet taste. As it warms, the rye whiskey blooms, but only really on the nose, and solely as a background element.
The Presidents of the United States of America would be proud.
