Bottle at Arch Bridge.
Boy. Deep, earthy funk with the more feral funk that was de Garde about 5 years back, tamed by the pairing with a wet sherry barrel. Rotten lemon, preserved lime. Woody tannins pair well with the acidity. Sherry lends sweetness and adds age to the palate. Lovely.
